It happens practically everyday to speak harshly toward ourselves, we do it even without noticing it, but this can be more harmful than you might thinkâŠ. Both yoga and neuroscience agree on this!
In yoga one of the observances is AHIMSA, which means non-violence.
Not only towards others but also towards ourselves, both in the way we act and speak đȘ·
Neuroscience reminds us of the same truth:
your nervous system is always listing.
Harsh words do not motivate us and they can even damage our brain đ§
So, instead to use negative self-talk and verbal abuse try to soften, to be gentle.
This doesnât mean giving up but creating the physical and mental space for actual GROWTH.

A new year and a new full moon đ
A great time to release and to make space.
But donât rush⊠pause.
Sometimes the most powerful beginning comes from releasing what no longer serves you.
This full moon is an invitation to soften, to reflect, to listen.
Look at the past versions of yourself,
look at yourself now
and gently ask:
What am I ready to release?
By releasing what doesnât serve you anymore, your intuition will rise.

Yoga and Pilates may look very similar as they share the mat however they are very different in their mission, thatâs why we should approach them differently.
Of course, we can find a lot of similarities also in the movements we do on the mat, however Yoga goes beyond the mat.
Yoga was originated in ancient India and it helps you connect with yourself, your breath and the world around you.
I personally believe that yoga is something that can change your body but moreover, it can change your life.

I love practicing yoga outdoors. This spring/summer was magical to step on the mat and move surrounded by nature.
But now, moving from outdoor to indoor feels like Iâm consolidating more my journey and I would be so happy to share this small step with all of you. Especially, to do it in such a cozy space where it feels so safe to move, to unwind, to surrender âš

I just had to share this story from one of you đ
After reading a blog post from , my heart felt just so warm and full.
As a new yoga teacher, showing up on the mat isnât always easy. Holding space for others, guiding them to a place where they can breathe, feel, and reconnectâit can be hard.
But reading your reflections makes it all feel so worth it.
Yoga, for me, has always been that little moment of peace in the chaos. A place to meet myself againâunderneath the noise, the pressure, the doubts. A space to just be. And to hear that our practice helped someone else feel grounded⊠that makes me so happyâš
Itâs the heart of yoga, really. The Union.âšUnion with ourselves, and with each other. A reminder that even when life feels messy and overwhelming, weâre not alone. Weâre all going through a lot, even if in different ways.
So thank you , for sharing your words.
