May 8: Total system reset with guided rounds of super-ventilation breathwork (intentional over-breathing), breath retentions, and live soundscapes.
We gradually expand the lungs, gently activate the system, then carry you into a deep, restorative parasympathetic state for integration.
These breathwork sessions prioritize the nervous system through structured arcs and a gradual building of intensity.
This form of breathwork meets you where you are at. When you surrender to the process, you have the ability to locate where tension and emotion is stored in the body, where you may have energetic blocks, and are allowed the space to release safely and gently.
Importantly, you are always in control of your own pace. If something feels too intense, you have the freedom to slow down and follow what feels right for you.
We always provide blankets, eye masks, herbal tea, and soothing music to support the comfort of the nervous system, which allows the body to feel safe enough to drop into the experience.
Our sound journey integrations follow the language of the nervous system... a predictable rhythm to soothe you into a deep, restorative state.
⚠️ Important:
The breathwork portion is powerful.
It may bring physical sensations, emotional release, or expanded states of awareness.

The last couple of weeks have been a conglomerate of challenges
Challenges of my nervous system, of my resilience, of my sanity
I made it through and completed several of these challenges, and am regaining my energy
I stood in front of my handpan tonight after completing another project, and let whatever wanted to come out of me... Come
This is what came
And when I walked away from my handpan, I was literally buzzing
My state felt altered
I felt some of the uncomfortable feelings I had over the last week at the surface...
I sat down with my eyes closed to experience my somatic responses, and I watched the stress and discomfort float away, into the song I just played, no longer inside of me
Lately, I've been truly experiencing creating music as an outlet
I hadn't ever gotten to a point with the many instruments I've played in the past to really utilize it as a channel, as a therapeutic tool
But only recently have I felt this shift, with enough practice and experimentation, I can really use this as a tool now
