Last ICN regional show for my team (before Nationals & Pro Am) the ICN New Zealand muscle and model South Island classic was a long and successful day.
My five athletes were absolutely beautiful, I couldn’t have asked any more of them! And can you believe it, they are ALL over 50!
NOW THAT IS AGEING GRACEFULLY 🥰

It is always my honour to put my girls on stage and we have worked so hard to get this result.

A beautiful journey, from day 1 of prep to a world title and pro figure qualification 🏆

The Last photo is a throwback to June 2025 when she started with me hoping to begin a bodybuilding journey ☺️ . Anna started her season September 2025 where she received 2nds and 3rds at ICN Christchurch, and at ICN New Zealand Nationals in October. She progressed to becoming the ICN Oceania Novice Figure champion in November 2025. In May 2026 she competed at the ICN GLC and qualified for the ICN World Physique Games in Bali, and came away with three 1sts in Novice Figure, 40+ Figure and Open Figure and finally the Overall Figure title, receiving her pro qualification. . It’s been a beautiful journey and I have loved teaching her all of the ropes! Congratulations Anna, what a journey you are on! .
