There’s a version of stuck that doesn’t look like stuck at all. You’re still showing up, still doing the things. But it feels a little... automatic. Are you feeling this right now?
One thing that quietly shifts that feeling is curiosity. Not the big, life-changing kind. The small, everyday kind.
Being curious about the people around you. About what’s happening in the world. About where you’re actually headed. And most of all, about yourself. What you’re avoiding. What you keep coming back to. What you actually want.
Most of us are curious about everything except ourselves. And that’s usually where the interesting stuff is.
The Best Self Journal gives you a space to start asking. Link in bio.

Some days just feel flat. Not hard, not overwhelming, just a little hollow, and you can’t explain why.
That’s usually a sign something’s missing. Often, it’s curiosity.
It doesn’t look the same for everyone. A subject you can’t stop reading about. A person you want to understand. A question that won’t leave you alone. A place you keep dreaming about.
Whatever yours is, it’s worth following.
The Best Self Journal has 90 days of prompts to help you find that thread again.

Most goals don't fail because you're not trying hard enough. They fail because they were never clear enough to begin with.
Not what you want to achieve. Why it matters. What it actually looks like when you get there. What you're genuinely willing to change to make it happen.
That's where this starts. Save it for when you're ready to sit with it properly.
Which question felt the hardest to answer?

Motivation gets blamed for a lot of things that aren't really its fault. We treat it like a character flaw when it disappears. Like something we need to manufacture every morning before we're allowed to start.
But most of the time, when motivation goes quiet, it's not leaving. It's waiting for something to change. The goal. The pace. The reason behind it.
This is Part 3 of 3. Productivity, goal setting, motivation. Three things that only really work when they're pointing in the same direction.
And if you're ready to build toward goals that actually feel like yours, The Goal Planner is where we'd start. Link in our bio.

She is a founder, a start-up coach, and a yoga teacher. But when it comes to her own goals, Magdalena follows one rule: intuition first, structure second.
Swipe to see how she plans and what changed when she found a framework that matched the way she thinks.

Most of us don't choose perfectionism. We just never got taught a different way to care about our progress.
The loop starts quietly. A thought here, a skipped break there. And before you know it, the way you progress starts costing more than it gives back.
The good news is that loops can change. Not all at once. But one small interruption at a time.
Which one are you in today? Drop a 1 or a 2 below.

Most of us were never taught to ask why we want what we want. We were just taught to want more, work harder, and keep going.
So we set goals from wherever we happen to be standing. Tired, behind, not feeling enough yet. And then we wonder why getting there doesn't feel the way we thought it would.
The goal was never the problem. It was the ground it was built on.
Are you working toward something you actually want, or away from something that scares you? Take a second with that one.
