Our mission is to assist our clients and their host communities in creating sustainable livings designs, facilitating sustainably minded development. Alam Santi can help you to design your dream home or development project, with key consideration for ecological footprint, human comfort factor and local cultural principles in mind. We can also help you to gain a deeper understanding of your planned projects’ local community stakeholders, as well as the resources in your area that can truly benefit from your commitment to developing a more sustainably oriented project in the area. Alam Santi believes that a long-lasting harmonious lifestyle is best achieved through a design process whereby all of the various stakeholders in the property, including local community members in the area, that are always affected by the development, are accounted for. That is why, for every property sold or rehabilitated, the Alam Santi team will set-up a very manageable and effective community outreach program in the area. Our current primary project is developing the Taman Petanu Eco Neighborhood in Kemenuh, Bali, with several other projects in the first phases of development.
