Just a couple of reviews from some really lovely clients āØ
It will never get old seeing the impact floating can have on different people. People coming in from all walks of life⦠but really wanting the same thing in the end,
To switch off.
For some itās pain relief or recovery, for others itās just a quiet hour to themselves, and for a lot of people itās finally getting a break from the constant noise.
Whatever the reason, itās always more than just a floatāØ
Itās hard to explain what floating feels like⦠because itās not like anything else.

Not to fix everything.

Most people donāt try float therapy because of things that arenāt even trueā¦
Iād feel claustrophobic
Is the water even clean?
I wouldnāt be able to switch off.
And fair, because if youāve never done it before your brain fills in the gaps.
But the reality is very different.
Youāre in full control the whole time.
The water is heavily filtered and sanitised between every session.
And you donāt need to be good at relaxing to get something from it.
Half the hesitation around floating is just assumptions.
