The Government of Shame and Silence. (View Video Below)
Allegations of abuse and injury inflicted upon Mr X within the Ombudsman’s office are deeply concerning. The silence from Minister Pascal Donahue failing to answer to the Injuries Board or directly to Mr X, constitutes a shocking breakdown in accountability
Paschal Donahue departed his role in January 2025 following the receipt of a Medical Report and Injuries Board report on Mr X and a subsequent call for an Ombudsman inquiry
At the time Mr X was managing a disabling autoimmune rheumatic condition, along with associated cognitive impairment and hearing loss, requiring complex multi-drug therapy
You will see in video the outcome of Mr X visit’s to the Ombudsman
First M.N.I and Mr X – want’s to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone for your incredible support. M.N.I. are truly overwhelmed by all the people who took time to view, share, comment, and message M.N.I and your understanding of the situation not alone with Mr X, but with concern for the general public in mind, which M.N.I. have taken on board
Over 113000 people have viewed Mr X's post to date, bringing crucial widespread attention to this issue. and the growing concerns of cover ups in Ireland, Let’s hope that it will help open a door to total accountability in the Irish public sector, and expose the entrenched cover-up culture in our Government bodies and rid our country of the collusion and corruption that exists in all Government Departments over the past years.
This massive exposure must now pave the way for formal investigations into all government cover-ups and ensure those in power are finally held to account
To answer some queries raised in some comments> Why Sinn-Fein party and other opposition Politicians didn’t raise these issue’s for Mr X despite the seriousness of the issues involved???
Most opposition politicians were informed of the cover up’s involving Mr X, but the treatment and response he got from these politicians was deeply disturbing and accountability was completely ignored.
What we are seeing is not merely a failure of oversight, but a deliberate, cross-party strategy of collusion designed to protect key actors and ignore the public interest.
Despite providing multiple detailed briefings since 2022 regarding Mr X, Sinn Fein Louise O'Reilly failed to answer any correspondence over 30 Gmail’s, Rose Conway Walsh Had full information on Mr X case since 2022 also failed to act, Not alone that, they booth refused under F,O,I or Data protection requests to return his private documents, Complaints were made to the Oireachtas about Booth politicians and awaiting outcome
As the public might not be aware any politician that is not a minister becomes your data controller once they get hands on your private data > Data protection rights are not absolute. A politician can legally refuse a Subject Access Request (SAR) or a deletion request, So be wary who you give your private data to
There were several opposition Politicians from all parties informed of the abuse and discrimination Mr X was subjected to over the past years
It is deeply concerning that when presented with actionable evidence of systemic abuse and cover-ups, those who campaign for accountability choose to bury the truth rather than challenge it."
The information these politicians received was of a very serious nature, All politicians will have to be held to account for their failure to disclose this information,
This critical information concerning Mr X remains unacknowledged and unaddressed by all Politicians in Ireland
The Irish media have also being contacted on several occasions on these issues but have failed to respond
This article will demonstrate the extremes that politicians and their officials will go to cover up scandal,
This post concerns a document which was obtained by Simon Harris while he was temporary Justice Minister in 2023 from a supposedly unknown Superintendent in Ireland, then sent by Justice Minister Helen McEntee to Mr X in late 2023. Not only did this fail to provide any information Mr X requested but it also made false damaging claims against Mr X.
Simon Harris was the temporary justice Minister at the time who got Mr X to sign an agreement to obtain the anonymous report, and then refused to provide a copy of the report -until several F.O.I. request’s were made for the document ,
The Justice Minister Helen McEntee then provided a copy of the original anonymous bogus report from an unknown source which contained no information at all and no writer’s name or signature, In a FOI request the Guards denied writing the report
This case was reported to Ombudsman In 2024 and a meeting was arranged with Mr X in their Office in Earlsfort Terrance in Dublin, It was agreed at meeting that they had a remit to investigate Minister Simon Harris and Helen McEntee, and the Justice Department
Following a second meeting arranged at a later date, a senior Investigating Officer was appointed. Prior to this meeting, the officer advised Mr X that the Department of Justice was not within their remit, despite public documentation to the contrary. They latter confirmed that they did have this remit.
Before the meeting Mr X had checked out this Senior Investigator’s back ground and discovered that he had a top job in the Justice Department prior to his appointment in Ombudsman Office, and was appointed senior investigating officer in the ombudsman office short while before the meeting with Mr X, At this point Mr X was suspicious that there might be a conflict of interest and requested to have a different official for meeting,
The investigator then went and ended the meeting, and rudely asked Mr X to leave the office, Mr X, disputed the way he was treated and with his disabling conditions was slow to move, He was trying to gather up his papers from the table when he was suddenly confronted by security and was grossly abused and had two of his teeth dislodged,
He was in a semiconscious state when he got out to reception area as can be seen on video
Mr X requested for Guards to be called but he had left the building when Guards arrived they took some details, one Guard read part of the bogus document but they got another call and had to leave, The Guards told him that there was an ambulance on its way, he waited outside Ombudsman Office in Ealsford Terance on roadway for a time but no ambulance came, he still suffers flash backs to this incident
The incident was reported at a latter date to Store Street Garda Station but there was no response. There was full footage of all the abuse in the Office, but when Mr X requested footage under freedom of information act they had all security and their own images deleted from it and sent Mr X 120 still images of himself,
The Ombudsman failed to delete footage in reception area, because they did not own that part of building where Mr X got weak, and staff were trying to revive him with glasses of water, Footage from this video is in post
A complaint was issued after to the Ombudsman office but unfortunately, Mr X was met with a response from the Ombudsman that amounted to further harassment and unprofessional conduct
In a letter from the Director General she refused to take his complaint, and made several false defamatory accusations against him which are being investigated at present in Standard in public office, and will be revealed at a later date, She also barred him making further complaints to the office or contacting by phone or Gmail
The case was latter reported to the injuries board who compiled a report and sent it to Pascal Donahue in the Department of Public Expenditure, who have aegis for the Ombudsman and advised Mr X to make a claim,
Pascal Donahue failed to address the report from the injuries board and made no contact with Mr X again
Mr X made several requests to Pascal Donahue which were never acknowledged or addressed, Then a short while later in January 2025 after he got the report Pascal Donahue got changed from his Ministerial post and his Secretary was moved to a different Department . Several F.O.I. requests were made to have his files returned but were all refused
In January 2025 Jack Chambers was appointed minister in this Department and is the present Minister there now, after Minister Chambers was appointed he refused to intervene, and gave orders to all clerical Officers and officials not to communicate with Mr X on Phone, This was all recorded with staff in the Department of Public Expenditure, A complaint was issued to Jack Chambers but the response was far from satisfactory
The Director General in Ombudsman’s office and the Senior investigator on Case are being investigated in Standard in Public Office at the Moment > Simon Harris and Taoiseach Michael Martin are also being investigated in S.I.P.O along with several more Ministers’
Standard In public Office is next door in the same building as the Ombudsman Office, and Ger Dering who is the current Ombudsman is on the six member panel that make the decisions on all complaints in S.I.P.O. Mr, X is barred from all meetings or Phone calls with S.I.P.O. So we can imagine what the outcome will be, The corruption is an never ending vicious circle in Ireland
This is another chapter in a story of silent systematic abuse on a vulnerable person in Ireland. involving Politicians in the Irish Government and in opposition who are all closely connected when it comes down to cover up’s, and the extremes they will go to in order to silence a defenceless adult. We are witnessing here just the tip of the iceberg in a dark tale of exploitation and secret white collar abuse in Ireland
What is being brought to light will reveal the ruthless methods authorities and Politicians will employ to suppress the elderly and vulnerable, and the bias complaints procedures they have in place to do it
MN.I. remains committed to exposing white-collar crime involving psychological abuse in Ireland, particularly against vulnerable, deaf, elderly, visually impaired, disabled, and all disadvantaged groups in Ireland

Torture of a vulnerable elderly adult in Ireland for several years
This case represents one of the most egregious examples of systemic abuse of power in our history, where state officials orchestrated a sustained campaign of coercion and hatred against a highly vulnerable adult. Far from an isolated incident, this is a calculated effort that has violated fundamental rights, constituting a treacherous violation of public trust
The Work Place Relations is a statutory body under the aegis of the Department Of Enterprise, It investigates work related complaints, and it also investigates complaints against public Bodies under the equal status act?
Or that is what we are led to believe?
Leo Vardakar was the Enterprise Minister from June 20 until December 22, and then Simon Coveney took over as Enterprise Minister until he retired in April 2024,
Peter Bourke is now the Minister in Enterprise Department and the 8127 documents are still missing and not accounted for
During this time several requests were sent to Leo Varadkar - Simon Coveney -- Michael Martin -- Simon Harris and the present Minister Peter Bourke – seeking inquiry into Maladministration in the W.R.C and the alleged secret systematic psychological abuse of a vulnerable protected adult named on F.O.I. decision website as Mr X. Several requests were made for a public inquiry but no inquiry has yet being commissioned
The real reason why these politicians retired
Leo Vardakar resigned as Taoiseach in march 2024 and Simon Coveney resigned from his cabinet post in April, this was shortly after the Freedom Of information Commissioner annulled the W,R,C, decision not to release the 99 complaints and the 8127 documents, and published it on the freedom of Information decision website on the 12 of February 2024.
The W.R.C. blatantly ignored the commissioner's findings and confirmed in a response later on the 1stof March that they were refusing to hand over the document’s to Mr X, Several complaints concerning the alleged malpractice was submitted to the WRC and Enterprise Department , but the statutory body failed to respond or process any complaints about themselves
This situation has not changed and all Politicians in Dail Eirean, including all opposition politicians are fully aware of this scandal and have colluded together on all the cover ups in this ongoing abuse case, over the past six years
At the present time Mr X is cut off from all complaints procedures in Ireland and cut off from communications with all Government Departments and refused all support services from the H.S.E, and his Doctor is refused any referral’s he makes for him
He is barred from any meeting with S.I.P.O, or phone contact, and a similar situation in Ombudsman Office and the Work Place Relations Commission, and his number is blocked in G.SO.C-Fiorsu since 2022. The Irish government have sealed off all avenues of contact. More detail latter
The 99 Complaints and 8127 documents held by the W.R.C contained several complaints about alleged systematic, ongoing, and alleged psychological mistreatment of Mr. X, compounded by organizational concealment. Involving cover up’s in all Dept’s / Justice Dept/ / Taoiseach office / G.S.O.C/ Guards/ Ombudsman / Dept of Enterprise / W.R.C. / S.I.P.O /H.S.E. / Media/ Charities/ Medical Council and several more,
Procedural Misconduct: One complaint about Leo Varadkar was illegally removed from the equal status complaints process by a manager in the W.R.C. and it never got to a Hearing? Some case examples underneath >
Case where the WRC informed Mr X that he was awaiting Three W.R.C. hearings regarding Dublin Airport Authority?-
Case Mr X being employed in a Dublin Pub and making a settlement with them,? These were places Mr X never was in his life and had no complaints about them,-
Cases where the W.R.C. sent decisions of complaints to third parties, one was about Former Minister Catherine Martin -
Also Information on other peoples cases being sent to Mr X
A very serious case where a W.R.C. adjudicator breached a supreme court decision on taking an oath at a W.R.C. hearing where the complainant was put under oath and the respondent - a newspaper editor was allowed to give evidence without being under oath and alleged lies were told –
There was a profound breakdown in their case management system, while dealing with Mr X
Inquiries have been consistently requested since, 2022 and complaints under the equal status act sent to the Work Place Relations have not being acknowledged or addressed, the state has engaged in a total deprivation of Mr. X's constitutional rights, accompanied by state-sanctioned obstruction of justice
A formal inquiry is currently being drafted for submission to the Department of the Taoiseach and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. Furthermore, additional complaints are being lodged with the Standards in Public office S.I.P.O. regarding the misconduct of Leo Varadkar,Simon Coveney and Minister Peter Burke,
A detailed report is forthcoming that documents the extent of the psychological harm inflicted on a vulnerable adult by management"

Scandal in Justice Department involving 4 Justice Ministers and 3 Taoiseach’s
Part two concerns the Justice Department G.S.O.C and the Guards and serious cover up’s over the years ,A lot of evidence has recently came to light of a culture of cover ups in all Departments in the Irish Government. G.S, O, C and the Garda Siochana would be well up in the list, G.S.O.C- now goes under a different name called Fiorsu
M.N.I. are now calling for full suspension Garda Ombudsman - F.I.O.R.S.U and full review of Fiosrú's complaints procedures since they were established in 2007, and urges the public to come forward with evidence of any alleged cover up’s they experienced in that time
M.N.I. Investigates can now exclusively reveal definitive evidence of systemic cover-ups within Fiosrú and Justice Department, Mr X has full admittance in a recorded phone conversation with a case officer in Fiorsu that several complaints were intentionally suppressed and not acknowledged or accounted for in Fiorsu
Furthermore confirmation was received In March 2026, when Fiorsu -the Garda Ombudsman body has apologized for covering up of these complaints that was sent to their office in the past. All original Gmail’s with statements from Fiorsu are available.
Justice Minister Jim Callaghan, / Taoiseach Michael Martin and several more Ministers in Dail Eirean that was provided with full audio recording admitting the cover ups in Fiorsu, are accountable for failure to report these cover up’s,
M.N.I. are now calling for the immediate resignation of the Minister for Justice Jim Callaghan and Taoiseach Michael Martin and Former Justice Minister Helen McEntee > and the immediate initiation of an independent inquiry into the Justice Department and Taoiseach’s Office- dealings with Mr. X.
The report confirming the cover ups in G.S.O.C was also sent to R.T.E. Investigates in June 2025 but there was no acknowledgement or response? We request R.T.E. to answer this query?

HSE’s Winter Vaccination Programme
The HSE’s winter vaccination programme launched yesterday with the rollout of both the flu and COVID-19 vaccines.
Our advertising campaign encourages people to check what vaccines are recommended for them to make sure they are protected in the months ahead.
Flu and COVID-19 vaccines are recommended for people aged 60 or over, and anyone who has an underlying medical condition including a weak immune system.
The flu and whooping cough vaccines are recommended if you are pregnant. If you have an underlying medical condition, one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine is also recommended.
Children aged 2 to 17 can get a nasal spray flu vaccine from participating GPs and pharmacists. Some children will be offered their vaccine in school.
Healthcare workers are also encouraged to get the vaccines. Vaccination clinics will be in place in some workplaces.

Mental Health Literacy Campaign
Our Mental Health campaign is running to coincide with World Mental Health Day on the 10 October 2025. Mental health difficulties like ongoing stress, low mood, anxiety and sleep problems are common. People tend to accept them as normal and part of their daily lives and not realise that they are all part of your mental health. Our campaign aims to help people identity these issues and provide advice and support on how to deal with them. Yourmentalhealth.ie has information and support on common mental health difficulties.
Additional assets around supports aimed at men have been developed to encourage help-seeking behaviour by men, who are less likely to go to counselling or seek support for mental health. The aim is to help make them feel more confident about accessing support services. More information about specific services for men is available at yourmentalhealth.ie/men.
To coincide with World Mental Health Day, the HSE Health and Wellbeing Mental Health programme and HSE National Mental Health are also hosting a joint webinar to highlight new initiatives aimed at promoting and supporting mental health.
The webinar takes place on Tuesday 7 October at 12:30pm and you can register to join here.
A campaign pack is attached at the bottom of this email, describing the campaign and ways you can help to support it through your channels.
