I trained in Cavan Institute from September 2020-May 2021 where I received my QQI Level 5 diploma + ITEC Qualification in Makeup artistry.

I started doing Makeup in 2016 practicing on myself, family and friends before deciding to make a career for myself as a makeup artist. I have been located in Luxe the Experience since June 2021 until present. I am constantly evolving and challenging myself in regards to my business and most importantly myself as a makeup artist. I am eternally grateful to everyone who has supported me so far and I look forward to seeing you all in 2022�

After some time away, I’m so excited to finally say…
✨ Tomhoeymakeup is officially reopening! ✨
Taking a step back gave me the time to reflect, grow, and rediscover why I fell in love with makeup in the first place. Now I’m back with a fresh perspective, renewed creativity, and I’m ready to help you feel your absolute best for every special occasion.
Whether you’re getting married, attending a formal event, celebrating a milestone, or simply want to treat yourself, I’d love to be part of your day.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and continued to believe in me throughout this journey. Your messages and kindness have meant more than you know.
Bookings are now officially open, and I can’t wait to welcome both familiar and new faces into my chair.
