All bookings must be made in advance with at least one week of notice to ensure availability and proper accommodation. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Any additional requests or special accommodations must be communicated at the time of booking to ensure we can meet your needs. Please inform us if you have any medical problem that may prohibit your treatment.

We can no longer afford no-shows and late cancellations. Any changes or cancellations to your appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
𝘿𝙀𝙋𝙊𝙎𝙄𝙏𝙎:
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and must be paid within the specified timeframe to confirm your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by us or if cancelation been made in advance and not less than in 48 hours.
We are also taking deposits starting from November to the end of December each year. Deposits are non refundable.

Please arrive at time or 5 minutes before your appointment. We have a car park right next to us, and under ground of our building. Due to full load, if you are late more than 10 minutes, we might not have enough time to do your treatment. In this case your appointment will be cancelled and deposit wouldn't be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual or group that does not comply with our terms and conditions.
