Shanti Sauna is a heart felt sacred space.
A place where we deeply honour the energy of our container.
Cleansing and clearing before and after each session.
Each fire is lit with prayer and devotion for Pachamama and all beings that share this Earth.
This is space for you to be present, slow down, to connect and to detoxify your mind, body and soul.

Then make our way to the fire for a cup of blue lotus tea from Egypt

Used for enhancing lucid dreaming and expanded states of awareness during mediation
