This man stayed with us last night and fuelled up with a hearty breakfast taking on an unbelievable challenge
— running from Mizen Head to Malin Head… and now he’s heading all the way back again. 🏃‍♂️

By now plenty of you might’ve heard that I’m heading up Mayo’s highest mountain, Mweelrea, to raise funds for the Irish Motor Neuron Disease Association as part of Adrian Harkin’s Summit 2 Sea for MND challenge. Adrian set up Inish Adventures in Moville and was diagnosed with MND in 2022. This Saturday, 20th of April, teams will be circumnavigating Ireland by kayak, as well as heading up the 32 highest peaks in each county.
