The Flamboyant Bird will be performed in September 2011 at Smock Alley Studio Theatre in Dublin. A jarring piece of musicky scare-‘em.
Fair City and The Wind That Shakes The Barley stars drag you into this Cidona-tinted spiral of self deception and bent reality in suburban Cork in the late ‘70’s and early ‘90’s. It’s no tale for little ears.
We are proud and delighted that The Flamboyant Bird won the Fishamble New Writing Award at the Absolut Fringe Awards last night. Thanks so much to Fringe and Fishamble for their huge support for our show.
