My wt loss journey is continuous!
Gradual na ang weight loss ko at this stage! Naging stagnant nga about a month! Pero tuloy tuloy lang ang Unicity ko. Di rin ako nakakapag-weigh lately!
Na-discharge battery ng weighing scale ko. So kakapalit ko lng ng bagong batter😆
Pero kaninang umaga, when I weighed myself, I lost another 1kg.
