Iv been working hard these past few weeks. I am now offering treatments out of Glanmire Therapy Clinic.

Treatments on offer will be both Holistic and Sports specific Massage, Indian head and Pregnancy massage and Dry Needling. The beauty treatments will be an addition in the new year😊

5 days and counting for the doors to open for the newest gym in cork.

We had a great weekend showing the people of cork what we have done in District Health and Leisure.

Excited to see old faces and looking forward to meeting all the new faces.

We have just over a week left for my last classes in Rive. I want all past and present members and non members, friends and family to come and support raise money for the bravest little boy i know.

All good things must come to an end. After 5 amazing years in Rive I have made the hard decision to begin a new chapter. So as my last event I will host along with Carolyn we will teach 3 of my favourite classes. This will be a charity event for the brave little boy Ryan. So I would love to see you all there to show your support 😘❤

Coming off the back of my training camp. I have decided to start a 4 and 8 week summer bootcamp starting Monday 15th July.

With the success of my last challenge I have decided to run another. My last group will progress to the intermediate group starting this coming Monday the 7th.

I will start the beginners the following Monday the 14th Jan @ 6pm. This is giving you all a chance to clear the left over Christmas junk :)
