Want to grow your glutes without spending hours in the gym?

Meet our September Guest Fitness Editor, and she’s kicking things off with FIVE glute exercises you can do anywhere.

At home. In the gym. On holiday. Basically, wherever you happen to be.

And this is just the start. Over the next month, Caroline is sharing her go-to fitness and nutrition advice, from tracking progress without obsessing over the scales to what she actually eats in a day as a fitness coach.

Plus, she’s giving you access to TWO free ebooks along the way.

Let’s get those glutes working…

What if stopped waiting for the big moments to feel alive and instead started noticing and creating little moments of light every day.

I often feel we are waiting for the holiday. The weekend. The next chapter. The house. The promotion. The thing we think will finally make everything feel right.

But what if there is already more light in your life than you realise?

That cup of coffee in the morning. Children laughing. A walk in the fresh air. A conversation that makes you feel seen. The sun on your face. Five quiet minutes alone.

They might seem like little things.

But maybe life isn’t made up of the big moments.

Maybe it’s these little moments that ARE the life.

One of the practices I come back to again and again is simply looking for the light.

Three little things each day that made you smile, softened you, connected you or made you feel alive.

I know life isn't always rosey, and there are days where it might feel impossible to see or feel any light.

But even in those difficult days, finding something, anything at all, can often help us lean towards those glimmers of light, those flickers of hope, enabling us to keep moving forward and putting one foot in front of the other.

If you'd like to learn more - there are a few rockets left for our upcoming Cork Soul Sunday event on September 13th in the @viennawoodshotel

I know it will be a very powerful day 🙏

What’s one little moment of light you’ve had today? ✨
