My most recent obsession - Ear seeding! The last couple of months I have been adding on ear-seeds to those in need of a little extra support outside of the treatment room. I am finding these tiny seeds/beads are doing a marvellous job of prolonging the benefits of your reflexology session. 🌸 If you would like to give them a try, just mention it at ur next appointment (please let me know before our session starts so I can include them into your treatment time!)

This little guy has literally been here for his appointments since day dot!! From his Mammy's brave journey to conception right through to a week before he was born! Today I got to meet him for the first time Earth side, for yes, his 1st reflexology session!! 🩵 What an honor to get to hold him today!! I may be a bit biased about how much I love his name too! # BabyOllie!! 🩵 (Those feet tho 🥰) What a Friday treat x
