Due to the wonderful response to my last baby reflexology classes, I’m delighted to announce another 3-week baby reflexology course beginning in November 👶🏼🤎

🤎 Suitable from newborn to crawling stage

Over the 3 weeks, I’ll teach you simple reflexology techniques that you can use at home with your baby, while giving you both a beautiful opportunity to slow down, connect and enjoy some precious time together. 👶🤎

🌍 World Reflexology Week | 21st–27th September 👣

This week we’re celebrating the healing hands behind reflexology 💜

A reflexologist brings so much more to a treatment than simply knowing where to apply pressure. Their hands are guided by training, knowledge, experience and intuition together with a genuine desire to help each person feel cared for, supported and completely at ease.

Throughout World Reflexology Week, we’ll be celebrating the wonderful work of reflexologists everywhere, sharing more about what happens during a treatment and answering some of the common questions people have about reflexology.

Perhaps reflexology is already part of your self-care routine or maybe it’s something you’ve always been curious to try. Either way, this is the perfect week to learn a little more.

🪷🌻🌞Sound Bath🪷🌻🌞



✨ Friday 11th September @ 7pm in Foxhall Community Hall, Glenswilly ✨

🪷During a sound bath, individuals lie down in a comfortable, relaxing environment, with the use of blankets, pillows, eye masks and other props to enhance the experience.

🪷The sound bath is facilitated by a trained practitioner who blends the resonant tones of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments to allow participants surrender to the soothing waves of sound. The participants brainwaves begin to shift allowing them to enter a state of deep relaxation.
