Don't let this happen because TRUST ME it genuinely affects the mood of your day and absolutely affects the magic you have created. Hire good people, hire based on skills , how they are to deal with , how they show up. Their own policies must also reflect on them!! If they insist on times or presentations for them then they should be on time and presented well ;) _ no brainer.

No excuses anymore! You are working a Wedding!

Zara had the most beautiful long thick jet black hair! Her curls held sooo well and we gave a little princess vibe style that will last all night! The little roses 🌹 make it perfect!

I know alot of people won't read this, but I will keep it here as a lil reminder that I get to do what I love and what im good at every day and I get to be a part of the reason why another woman feels beautiful on her wedding day.

Quick colour Analysis Lesson for anyone struggling (**,)

Its so funny when someone says their favourite colour is Green for example and if they're not matching wirh green they'll be so annoyed (**,)

But green is in every season ... the basics of finding tour season includes the most vibrant colours of that season and THEN when we establish your season we can then find YOUR green eg your an Autumn... well your green is going to be rich, rustic, warm and earthy eg khaki, you can absolutely combine your favourite green 💚 but your most harmonious green IS that earthy rustic green wirh a warm undertone.

This is what neutralise your complexion BEST.
doesn't mean you have to avoid every other colour it just means your features are not going to mesh as well with any other colour green eg mint green which is cool, light and soft as opposed to warm and deep.
