So, I’ve been spending some quality time in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber ✨😍 basically, a fancy pod where I get to chill while breathing pure oxygen. Why? Because my brain (and body) will benefit 🙌💫

When life gives you a brain tumour, you can either panic… or you can throw the entire wellness kitchen sink at it and see what happens 😂🫶🧠💕 …So that’s exactly what I’m doing! 🙌

Since my diagnosis, I’ve changed just about everything.. my diet, my mindset, my daily habits, and probably even my personality (jury’s still out on that one lol) 🤓 My goal? To shrink this little uninvited guest in my head, or at the very least, make my body the healthiest, most high-vibe place it’s ever been ✌️I genuinely believe in the power of food, movement, and mindfulness to help us heal. And if nothing else, I’ll know I gave it my all, and absolutely no harm was done in the process 💪

From keto (goodbye carbs, I miss you) to sauna therapy (sweating out my sins) to deep visualization - literally picturing my brain sparkling like a disco ball of health 🪩, I’m throwing everything I can at this. I’ve got a list of all the things I’m doing, some backed by science, some backed by sheer determination.. but all of them are rooted in the belief that we have more power over our health than we think.

I don’t know what my next scan will show (getting my CT on Valentine’s Day 😂 thanks Cupid!), but I do know this: I feel better. I feel stronger 💪 And no matter what, I’ll be proud of myself for showing up for my body in every way I can 💖

Just before Christmas, life threw me the ultimate plot twist: I found out I have a brain tumour. Definitely not what I had planned for 2025! 🤯

It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions, and while it’s a terrifying time, I’m stepping into a new chapter of healing, growth, and figuring out how to be my own biggest cheerleader 👯‍♀️ I’ve already started making some big changes to support myself and I can’t wait to share everything I’m learning along the way (here and even more on the other app) If it helps me or anyone else, it will be worth it! 💖

This isn’t the journey I imagined, but I’m walking it with as much courage, hope, and humor as I possibly can. And knowing I’ve got all your love and support makes me feel unstoppable. all my family and friends have been incredibly supportive and I am so grateful to everyone being there for me so far 🥲🥰 Brighter days are ahead! I am staying as positive as possible ☺️
