It's hard to always stay motivated. Ended up taking last week off as I just wasn't up to it and feeling better for it now and ready for the week ahead.
Going for an open water swim tonight - that will certainly clear the cobwebs...Brrrrrrr..!!!!!

Just about recovered after "Battle of Ballinspittle duathlon"... Now I know why its called "Battle"....Those hills were tough work but the weather was fab so made it that bit easier :-)
Ended up getting another puncture, but a very kind competitor by the name of Martin stopped and got me back on the road...
