Your items must be returned to our store in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached. Any items with excessive odour (smoke, perfume etc) will not be accepted . For hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned to us: HEADPIECES, EARRINGS. NO REFUNDS or exchange on sale items!!! ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY! !!!! If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. The full purchase price of the item will be credited when World Of Sparkles has received and processed your return and it passes inspection. The shipping fee is non-refundable. For cases whereby a customer places an order for one item, and needs to return it due to an error on our part then we will also refund original shipping costs.
