Ardmore Players Amateur Dramatics

Waterford Fire Service is currently dealing with an active hillside fire in the Comeragh Mountains, adjacent to the Coumshingaun Loop Walk.

There is a significant amount of smoke in the Kilclooney area, and members of the public are asked to avoid the area and not to undertake the Coumshingaun Loop Walk at this time.

Fire crews are on the ground monitoring and responding to the fire. Some sections are located along steep and inaccessible terrain. Please allow emergency crews to carry out their work safely and avoid travelling to the area.

We will have Queens, carrots and white turnips for sale in the shop from tomorrow morning. We had them for dinner today and they passed all the tests. So all systems go. They are being picked and packed as we speak.

Instead of going to waste, these coffee grounds can be put to great use:
🌿 Add them to your compost to help create nutrient-rich soil.
🌸 Mix them into your garden soil to improve organic matter.
🐌 Some gardeners use them as part of their natural pest management (though results vary).
🪴 They can also be used in small amounts around acid-loving plants.

It’s a simple way to reduce waste and give something back to your garden. Feel free to take as much as you can use—let’s keep them out of landfill and put them to good use! ♻️💚
