Are you feeling overwhelmed today? Read on for some tips to help..Life can be demanding and it happens to the best of us....
🛑 So rule no 1 - Take a moment to be still..did you know when the Dalai Lama is busy he meditates for twice as long.So just spend a few minutes in silence, take a few nice long deep breaths and just "be" ...focus on your breath.
🛑 Most of us are prone to overdoing - so pritorize what really needs to be done and what doesn't..some things can wait for another day.
🛑 Be kind to yourself - be gentle and TURN DOWN that volume on your inner critic.instead praise yourself for some of the things you did get done, and remember if you didn't get it done THE WORLD WON'T END.
