Keep talking❗️

👉🏻Never pass up the opportunity to talk, ask questions, and listen. It is always in your interest to communicate effectively and always better to err in favour of too much communication rather than too little.

👉🏻If people don’t understand what you are thinking or feeling, they will make up their own stories about you to fill in the information they lack.

👉🏻When they make up these stories, they are rarely as generous to you as you might wish. People make assumptions based upon incomplete information. It is difficult to escape the necessity of making assumptions, however, if you pass up the opportunity to talk, you are forgoing the opportunity to test those assumptions.

👉🏻It is important to communicate at every opportunity. Making the effort required for clear communication may not guarantee success, however, not doing so will almost guarantee failure.

Adoption❗️

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦This is the easiest connection to make. Your mom was manipulative in relationships. She was never straightforward, but rather scheming in a deceitful way to get others to do what she wanted.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦You learned from a master and have adopted her manipulative way in relationships. You may not even recognise that you are being manipulative.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦This behaviour may seem normal because it is the only way you learned to get things done in a relationship. You have adopted negative trait, and to this extent you have become your mother.

When a certain pattern comes into awareness, we have a choice whether to break that pattern or to follow the same old pattern.

If that pattern hinders the growth then breaking of that pattern leads to growth.

Choice is yours to break the pattern or to keep following the old pattern.
