Smiriti went through an amazing transformation by shedding off 7KGs weight through Healthy Weight Loss programme. She has been inspiring her friends and family to lead a healthy lifestyle too.
Smiriti in her own words says "I was struggling to reduce weight for many years and my efforts were not giving desired results, I realised that I needed proper guidance and support. The moment I saw Swasthyaβs transformations, it really inspired me to start the Healthy Weight Loss programme.
During the course of the programme, I understood how the body fat deposition happens and how our Food, Nutrition, correct Workout and Stress Management plays a vital role. I started making small changes in my lifestyle and was surprised to see the results. I was excited to fit into clothes that I used to wear 10 years before. The best part is that I feel super light and my body has become incredibly flexible.β
Like Smiriti, many people have undergone wonderful transformations through Healthy Weight Loss programme. Our community has one goal, that is Obesity Free Nation, and we are proudly working towards it.
