Type of foods we Intake:- another thing which matters for fat loss. A person who eats clean food consisting of unprocessed food items will lose weight faster that the other person who eats highly processed stuff. This is because the one who eats clean, unprocessed food will be more SATIATED.
Intake Macros:- Protein, Carbs, Fats in right proportions is another factor for fat loss. It is evident from the studies that protein intake increases fat loss as it increases thermic effect of food. People who intake more protein lose more fat and less lean tissue as compared to people who eat less protein.
Increasing the Fiber Intake:- Eating 8-10 servings of fruit & vegetables also aid in fat loss.
Some people do claim that someone known to them eats as much as can still does not gain weight. But the fact remains that it is the CALORIE DEFICIT which matters.
