2025 at Divs — What This Year Taught Us
This year reminded us that building a fermentation brand is as much about patience as it is about passion.
We brewed slowly.
We scaled thoughtfully.
We said no more often — to shortcuts, noise, and anything that didn’t protect the culture (inside the bottle and outside it).

Key Learnings
• Fermentation doesn’t like rushing — neither do people.
Quality improved the moment we stopped forcing timelines.
• Not all growth is good growth.
We chose fewer SKUs, fewer more ethical partnerships, and clearer intent — and it showed.
• Customers feel honesty.
No synthetics, living cultures, clean labels — when it’s real, you don’t need to shout.
• Operations are the real backbone of craft.
Processes, hygiene, discipline — romance comes later.
• Visibility without values is expensive.
We learned where not to show up just as much as where to be present.
