Plank Position demonstrated by a 5 year old...
I feel so happy when kids play with yoga poses and give mischievous smile as they fall back yet come back again with determination to acheive the desired posture.
Nuture your child with the solid foundation of discipline.
Kids yoga should not be just a relaxing or playing with funny poses. It should be creative, developmental and scientific.

Kids yoga ought to cultivate values which make a child better human being.

Inversions take a lot of patience and core strength.

Never try to acheive a difficult posture just because everybody do it so well.
We should listen to our body and yes definitely the results will come but u need to be strong headed and believe in yourself.

Practicising chest openers helps in increasing lung capacity and deepens our inhale and exhale. The more you exhale your body tend to eliminate toxins and purifies your blood at the same time.

Ashtanga practice had helped a lot in realising my true self. In this way my mind coordinates with my body which increases awareness, focus and strength.
