The company has launched Dabur Ventures, a ₹500 crore investment platform targeting digital-first, high-potential consumer brands across wellness, health foods, beverages, and personal care. This move helps Dabur tap emerging consumer trends and diversify beyond legacy products.

Dabur is doubling down on its strongest brands — such as Dabur Red (toothpaste), Dabur Amla (hair oil), Real (juices), Honey, Chyawanprash, Hajmola, Odonil, and Vatika — which make up a significant portion of its portfolio value. These brands are being backed by disproportionate marketing and distribution expenditure to increase pe*******on and market share.

The company has launched a ₹500 crore Dabur Ventures arm to back digital-first and D2C brands, signaling a push into new growth avenues.

Dabur is reportedly set to appoint Herjit S. Bhalla (from Hershey’s) as its new India Chief, reporting to current leadership as part of a broader management reshuffle.
