Simple Breathing Technique (Straw Breathing) to raise your oxygen levels.
β’ Normal Inhalations & Longer Exhalations will help increase your lung capacity.
β’ Feel the expansion in your chest as you breath in and contraction as you breath out.
β’ While you do this breathing technique, Keep your attention on your lungs and follow the route of your breath.
β’ You can do as much as 10-12 Repetitions thrice a day. Increase the repetitions if you are Covid Positive.
β’ Do it with a SMILE on your face !

I don't have the
I want to do the course but I don't have the time to do it.
I want to go on a long vacation, but I don't have the time.
I want to learn how to play the piano, but where will I find the time to practice.
I know I should meditate, sleep enough and exercise each day, but I simply don't have the time.
And on and on and on.
Let me invite you to shift your paradigm about time.
"I don't have time" means time rules you.
"I will make the time" gets you in control over time.
It's all about what matters and what doesn't. There is always time to do what matters. When something is not so important, you say I don't have time. And time controls you.
Instead say - I don't want to do this. Not because I don't have time but because it is not important enough. Then you control time.
And the moment you decide that something is important, you will see you have the time to do it.
And guess who chooses what matters?!
The trap? - It's so easy to get caught up in the routine and the mundane and fool yourself into thinking that is what matters.
Some introspection and a great deal of honesty may reveal a completely different picture... One in which you do have the time to meditate, play the piano and go on a vacation!
