⚖️ EARNING WIFE DENIED MAINTENANCE – BIG LEGAL UPDATE.

A powerful judgment by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad on 3 December 2025, delivered by Hon’ble Justice Madan Pal Singh, has clarified an important point of law.

📌 What happened?
A wife approached the court claiming she was unemployed and needed maintenance under Section 125 CrPC.

But during the case, the truth came out 👇
💼 She was earning ₹36,000 per month.
🎓 She was well educated.
📊 She had no major liabilities.

⚖️ Court said clearly:-
👉 Maintenance is ONLY for those who cannot maintain themselves.

👉 If a person is earning enough, they are NOT entitled.

🚫 Big mistake:
The wife hid her income from the court.

📢 Court’s strong message:
“Justice cannot be given to someone who hides the truth.”

✅ Final Result:-
✔ Maintenance cancelled.
✔ Husband won the case.
✔ False claim rejected.
