How long term dependence can be problematic?

💩First, it can slow down your gut over time.
Isabgol works by absorbing water and increasing stool size. When this happens repeatedly, your intestine may start relying on that bulk instead of contracting naturally. Gradually, bowel movements can become less effective without it.

💩Second, it can worsen constipation if water intake is low.
Isabgol needs a lot of water to work properly. If you don’t drink enough fluids, it can make stools harder instead of softer, making constipation worse. This is something commonly seen in people who already struggle with low hydration.

💩Third, long-term use may interfere with nutrient absorption.
Regular intake can reduce the absorption of important nutrients like vitamin B12, iron, zinc, and other minerals that are essential for energy, immunity, and overall health.

Fasting actually means “going without”. So, going without food (not having one meal, two meals as per your convenience) can actually have a positive impact on your body. Some of the benefits of fasting are:-
* Lesser mood swings
* Better hormonal health
* Improved digestion
* Better skin and hair health
* Helps with de-stressing
* One of the most effective ways to cleanse our body
I’m sharing some meal options. You can choose from whatever meal you want to have. Even if you’re not strictly fasting but only eating navratri specific food, you can try it.

Wishing you all a very HAPPY NAVRATRI 🎉✨

Are you fasting today?
