In this short, I’m breaking down the transition from Malasana (Garland Pose) to Chakrasana (Wheel Pose). This move requires hip mobility, shoulder strength, and a steady core.
Key steps to remember:
1. Secure your footing in Malasana.
2. Reach back with one arm to guide your flip.
3. Push through the heels and palms simultaneously to lift into Wheel.
