Finally embracing my natural wavy hair 〰️〰️
I hated my hair, i always thought, mere baal aise jhaadu se kyu hai? Bhagwan ne mujhe kyu straight baal nahi diye.
The problem is all the ads/people only showcase straight smooth silky hair. No1 tells you wavy curly is beautiful.
I want to create a happy space for girls/boys with wavy hair. They need to know, frizzy hair is no hair type. We are sandwiched between straight and curly hair. It's a confusing hair type.
When i tell people i have wavy hair, they are like, yeh kya hai? Straight baal ya curly suna hai. Yeh naya trend kya hai.

I Might be late, but i really want to make a point.
BREAST OR FORMULA, FED BABY IS A HAPPY BABY 👶🏻
I want to share my personal story with you guys. Vihaan's growth stopped at 32 weeks and he was a breech baby. His birth weight was 2.65 kgs.
I was so sure that i only want to breastfeed my baby.
On the second day he was taken to NICU because of high jaundice (20.8). So i started pumping. I had to give 30ml milk every 2 hours. I had CSec so the supply took time. I called the nurse to help me pump. She would hold my breast and press it sooo hard that i had tears rolling. But i only wanted to breastfeed. The whole massaging and pumping would take 1-1.5 hours. Then again the whole pumping session would begin. (Remember i told you, milk every 2hours).
In this process, i got comments like, choti breast hai dudh ni hoga, and much more. Imagine two people holding your breast so hard just for every drop of milk. Then i decided i will pump and give formula till the time he is in NICU.
By the time we left hospital i was pumping 60ml every 3hours.
The latch battle started. My mom would hold my breast, i would hold Vihaan in every possible position i read online for a deeper latch.

You need - CURRY LEAVES AND WATER
What to do -
Boil 2 glasses of water with half cup of curry leaves until the water is reduced to half. Let the water cool down..
Shampoo as usual, in the end massage the scalp and hair ends with this tonic.
