How to Enter Astavakrasana or Eight-Angle Pose -
1. Sit with legs straight in front.
2. Bend your left leg and hug it into your chest.
3. Thread your left arm under your left thigh and place your palm beside your hip.
4. Lift your left leg up and hook it over your left shoulder.
5. Plant both palms firmly on the mat, shoulder-width apart and cross your ankles tightly.
6. Engage your core and lift your hips off the floor.
7. Extend your legs to the side while keeping your elbows bent (like Chaturanga arms).
8. Hold, breathe, and smile! 😊
