The Stretch: Let the bar go deep behind your head until your triceps feel fully lengthened.
The Squeeze: Extend your arms fully without locking out too hard, keeping the tension on the muscle, not the joints.
Control: Don't let the weight pull you back; you control the weight, the weight doesn't control you.
