Your Facebook Profile and Page are NOT the same thing… and using them the same way could be holding your growth back. 👀
PROFILE vs PAGE: Are You Using Facebook the Right Way? 👀📱

Many Facebook creators use their Profile and Page for the same purpose but they can serve very different roles. 👇

👤 YOUR PROFILE = YOU
Use your Profile to:
Connect with friends, family & your audience
Share your personality and everyday life
Build personal relationships with your followers

📄 YOUR PAGE = WHAT YOU DO
Use your Page to:
Build your brand or business
Grow a specific niche or community
Share educational or professional content
Build your identity as a creator

🎯 Here’s a simple strategy:
Let your Profile introduce YOU and let your Page showcase WHAT YOU DO.

And if you don’t usually post on your Profile, you can consider locking your Profile for more privacy and letting your Page breathe and grow as the main place where you share your content.

You don’t have to choose one over the other They can work together just give each one a clear purpose.
If you want to attract a targeted audience, make sure the content you post consistently matches the purpose of that account.

👇 What about you?
Do you use your Facebook Profile and Page differently, or do you post the same content on both?

💰 THINK YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE WILL GET MONETIZED JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE ENOUGH FOLLOWERS? THINK AGAIN! 👀

Before you start waiting for Facebook monetization, there are a few important things you should check.

Having followers is helpful, but followers alone don’t guarantee monetization. Your eligibility can depend on the specific monetization program, your location, account status, content, and Facebook’s current requirements.

Here are 6 things I recommend checking: 👇🏽

1• KEEP YOUR PAGE HEALTHY
Regularly check your Page Status and make sure you understand any restrictions or violations affecting your Page.

2• CREATE ORIGINAL CONTENT
Don’t build your Page around copied content. Add your own creativity, ideas, personality and value.

3• FOLLOW FACEBOOK’S POLICIES
Make sure your content follows Facebook’s applicable Community Standards and monetization policies.

4• BUILD A REAL AUDIENCE 👥
Don’t chase followers alone. Focus on people who actually watch, engage with, share and enjoy your content.

5• AVOID FAKE ENGAGEMENT
Don’t buy followers, views or engagement just to make your numbers look bigger. Build an audience you can genuinely stand behind.

6• CHECK YOUR MONETIZATION DASHBOARD
This is VERY important.

Go to your Professional Dashboard → Monetization and check what Facebook currently says about YOUR account and which monetization opportunities are available to you.

Don’t rely only on what another creator tells you. What works for one account may not be the same for another.

REMEMBER: Monetization isn’t just about having a certain number of followers.

Build a Page that is:

✅ Healthy
✅ Original
✅ Consistent
✅ Policy-compliant
✅ Valuable to your audience
✅ Eligible for the specific monetization program

And remember, Facebook’s requirements can change, so always check the information available inside your own account.

👇🏽 WHAT’S YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE RIGHT NOW?

Growing followers
Getting views
Increasing engagement
Understanding Facebook policies
Becoming eligible for monetization

Drop yours in the comments. Someone else may be facing the exact same challenge

WHAT DO YOU SET AS YOUR FACEBOOK WEEKLY FOCUS? 👀

Facebook gives creators the option to choose a target for their weekly tasks.

And while I always tell creators not to stress themselves trying to complete every single task, there’s one I personally love choosing:

👉Reach more people.

I have this selected across my pages and profiles because reaching more people is one of my biggest goals as a creator.

The more people who discover your content, the more opportunities you have to:

Build a community
Grow your audience
Increase engagement
💰 Create more opportunities to earn

Now, I’m not saying choosing this option magically makes Facebook push your content more. 😂

I’m simply sharing what I personally choose and what has worked well for me.

So if Facebook gives you the option to choose your weekly focus, Reach more people is the one I personally recommend trying.

What is your weekly focus currently set to?

Happy Sunday, creators

You can't completely prevent people from tagging you on Facebook, but you can control what happens when they do and who can see those tags.

Here's how:

1. Open the Facebook app or go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.

2. Tap Profile and Tagging (sometimes under Audience and Visibility).

3. Under Reviewing, turn on:

Review tags people add to your posts before the tags appear on Facebook.

Review posts you're tagged in before the post appears on your profile.

4. Under Tagging, you can also change:

Who can see posts you're tagged in on your profile → Set to Only me if you don't want others to see them.

Who can see what others post on your profile → Limit this if desired.

If someone has already tagged you

Open the post.

Tap the ⋯ (three dots).

Select Remove tag.
If someone keeps tagging you

You can:

Ask them to stop.

Block them, which prevents them from tagging you.

Adjust your privacy settings so tags require your review before appearing on your profile.

Let's hear your thoughts 🤔

IT Took me a while to understand this as a creator creator …

You can have 500 followers and still have only a small number of people consistently watching your content. 👀

Why?

Because following someone and actively consuming their content are two completely different things. 👍🏽

Some people followed you because of one particular post.

Some haven’t even seen your recent content.

Some followed you and moved on.

And then there are those who genuinely look forward to seeing what you post.

So, don’t become obsessed with the number beside “Followers.”

Instead, pay attention to the people who are actually:

💗 Watching
💬 Commenting
👍🏽 Reacting
📤 Sharing
Coming back for more

Those is the audience you should be learning to understand.

Because 500 followers who truly care about your content can be more valuable than thousands who never see or interact with what you post. 💯

Keep creating. Keep studying your audience. And most importantly, don’t let the follower count discourage you.
