Starting CGM and suddenly seeing more hair fall? I know the panic, trust me. 🥺
I went through the exact same thing when I started my curl journey. But most of the time, it’s just your normal daily shed showing up all at once, because we’re washing and detangling less often now.

As a kid, I cut my hair the second my curls appeared because I didn’t know how to love them.
Today, I’m exhausted from testing new formulations… but it’s exactly the kind of tired that feels like healing.
If only “”younger me”” could see how far we’ve come, and how much these curls would one day mean. 🧡🥹

Three generations, one giant circle of chaos, love, and strength… 🩷
Being a mom has taught me patience I didn’t know I had, and tested the patience I thought I had! 😅 But every hug, every laugh, every messy moment has been worth it.
And the woman who taught me how to love, lead, and laugh through it all? My mom: the original powerhouse! 💫

There will always be someone who thinks you can’t do it, it’s important to remember that someone shouldn’t be you.
Every time I push myself, I’m reminded that whatever you set your mind to, you can grow into it, you just need to keep showing up and believing in yourself. 💜
I love April… everything always feels renewed and refreshed. 💫
