-Eat the rainbow
-Make sure you are getting enough vitamin D and calcium. If you're not eating a lot of dairy, consider taking a calcium supplement.
-Eat fruit for snacks and dessert. They're high in fiber and low in calories, so you can eat as much as you want without gaining weight. Fruit also contains vitamins and minerals that are good for your body, like vitamin C and folate, which helps with digestion.
-Get enough calcium from food sources, like milk or yogurt. Or if you don't like milk or yogurt, get it from another source like almonds or spinach! Calcium builds strong bones so it's important to keep them healthy and strong.
