My name is Neeta Shah.I have started yoga from July 2021.I feel lot of positivity and freshness.I have a controlled cholesterol and thyroid.I have systematically lost 3 kg.I have stopped taking bp tablets which I had to take earlier due to increased cholesterol.Thank you Mitali (Sapana) and Chandana Madam for your best guidance.

This review is for *Yoga with Spandana* online Yoga classes run by Mrs. Sapana Shah & Dr. Chandana Shetty. I was suffering from severe heel pain in my right leg. I just was not able to do my daily activities & i just wanted to get rid of this pain. I went to doctors also, but it was of no use. 3 months ago I joined this online yoga class. And I am very happy to tell u all that now I can do all my daily routines. It raised my confidence. And I am much benefited with the asanas , pranayamas , mudras and meditation.
Both of them do their level best. They first study our medical history, then they guide us what should we practice & what we shouldn't. The way both of them taking online yoga practice , we just feel like they are guiding us personally. Thank u Sapna ji & Dr. Chandana ji for all this amazing experience.
