Looking back, while I was growing up, I enjoyed the energy and positivity around the natural hair care and beauty products my aunt made for the whole family! A big one! She would craft them with household ingredients and special produce from her balcony garden. We valued the opportunity of benefiting from these natural skin care at home that seemed the best way to beat the Calcutta pollution! Like many, I wanted to do something different. I have always wanted to make an impact on others’ lives. An idea clicked. My family has a range of great products. Why not take them beyond my family? In something very simple, I found meaning. That’s how the journey started….. Now I create fresh handmade beauty products using selected natural ingredients like orange peel, neem, sandalwood, sea shells, hibiscus, fenugreek, rose, marigold, different spices, etc. They are always tested with the same enthusiasm within the family and then with a select group of well-wishers. Eventually, I roll out a product I am absolutely satisfied with. However, none of my products is a substitute for medical attention.
