1.As per Ayurveda, having fruits with or after food must be avoided as it may lead to toxic formation. It's always a good idea to eat fruits alone and not with or after meals.
Best time to have fruits is one hour before or two hours after meal.
2.Juicing takes away most of the finer,vitamins and minerals.Also enzymes get deatroyed in juicing process.
In times of flu or fever, fresh fruit juices are the best way to ensure steady inflow of vitamin and nutrients.
3.Eating fruits long after cutting takes most of the nutrients.Also causes acidity when stored after cutting.
4.Local and seasonal fruits the people most.Our body can absorb nutrition from local fruits more effectively than non- local fruits.
5. The only types of fruits that can be combined with milk would have sweet and buttery properties like mangoes, avocados, figs, dates etc. Milk is a type of animal protein which may cause digestive issues, acidity and fermentation in the gastrointestinal tract when teamed with certain fruits.
6.Fruits at night may cause heart burn.
Always eat. fruits before sunset.

If you feel your schedule is too busy or you dont have energy to do workout,then these are the reasons why you should be working out regularly.
Because working out everyday will improve your productivity and you will be able to save time for yourself and Also it will increase your energy throughout the day.
There’s a common misconception that exercise needs to miserable.
That you need to beat yourself up, and work to extreme exhaustion to see results.
This mainstream misconception of exercise has made us view exercise in a negative way and has made working out more of a chore.
