People really want to be better. They crave growth. But very few experts in the realm of of personal growth and development address the importance of of nutrition.

Likewise, traditionally trained nutritionists will give you a list of foods to eat and not to eat, but their advice will not work until you start to identify what in your life is keeping you from making healthy choices.

Nutrition and personal growth & development these two entities are absolutely linked, you can't look at one without the other.

Look at it this way; a person stuck in bad relationship can eat all the broccoli in the world, but it won't change their relationship. This bad relationship will cause their health and well being to suffer.

Similarly, if your career is opposed to your spiritual values, you will have a hard time making big breakthroughs with a health concern.

The energy spent at a draining job will ultimately outweigh the benefits of eating healthy food.

Instead of simply following a diet rule book, be mindful of your own limiting beliefs and attitude towards food.

Rice has been a staple food for thousands of years in India, but advancements in milling technologies to improve yield and shelf life have led to highly polished, starchy white rice(WR) in comparison to Brown Rice(BR) lacks in phytochemicals, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals that confer protection against heart disease, cancer, significantly reduces weight, waist and hip circumference, BMI, Diastole blood pressure and hs-CRP inflammatory marker level, 24-h glucose and fasting insulin responses.

So, BR consumption is highly recommended to achieve nutrition sustainability. It contains relatively higher amounts of dietary fibre, moderate amount of proteins, unsaturated lipids, micronutrients and several bioactive compounds like phytic acid(PA).

Phytic Acid is an antinutrient having negative effects on mineral absorption & protein digestibility. But the good news is soaking & germination can decrease PA and increases antioxidant capacity.

Germinated brown rice has more potential health benefits in antihypertension, reduction in the risk of some chronic diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and Alzheimer's disease.

IF not soaked Brown Rice interferes and prevents other minerals absorption so instead of completely cutting off White Rice, 1 should have WR & BR in moderation for optimal nutrient intake and absorption.

When the experts say " tomatoes are good for you" or "red meat is unhealthy," it's too much of generelization.

Our personal genetic backgrounds and predispositions ,tastes and preferences, natural shapes and body sizes ,metabolic rates influences what foods will and won't nourish us.

One person's suitable food may not suit the other person, and that's why fad diets don't work in long run. They are not based on the reality that we all have different dietary needs.

One of the main concepts of this methodology is recognising your Bio-individuality. So instead of following a diet just because that has suited to someone else understand what suits you and what makes you feel better.

Understand and respect your own Bio-individuality which will help you lead a fulfilling life.

Jaggery is an unrefined sugar which should replace refined sugar that reduces the pH of blood resulting in increased inflammation, the root cause of most of the diseases and disorders. Mindful moderate use of jaggery

Progress , not perfection, is what counts.

Make food choices that honor your health and taste buds while making you feel good.

Remember that you don't have to eat a perfect diet to be healthy. You will not suddenly get a nutrient deficiency or gain weight from one snack ; one meal, or one day of eating. It's what you eat consistently over time that matters.

So don't be harsh on yourself by avoiding or overeating your favourite food. Moderation is the Key that comes with mindfulness.

Forget militant exercise.Just get active and FEEL the difference.

Shift your focus to how it feels to move your body, rather than the calorie-burning effect of exercise.

If you focus on how you feel from working out, such as energized, it can make the difference between rolling out of bed for a brisk morning walk or hitting the snooze alarm. If when you wake up your only goal is to lose weight, it's usually not a motivating factor in that moment of time.

Made With Love, Guilt Free Eating...

Accept your genetic blueprint. Just as a person with a shoe size of eight would not expect realistically to squeeze into a size six, it is equally futile and uncomfortable to have a similar expectation about your body size.

Respect your body so that you can feel better about who you are. It's hard to reject the diet mentality if you are unrealistic and overly critical of your body shape.

There is more to it, which is about having a great gut health, quality sleep, radiant skin, wide shiny eyes, better mental clarity, strong immunity and so on.

It is observed that sometimes we get more obsessed with getting healthier and end up overdoing things.Excess if anything is bad for us and everything has to be done in moderation -is the Key.

In ancient India, people used to save the water in Copper vessels but they had better lifestyle and activities. And now in this era we come across the condition like copper toxicity because of several obvious reasons like lifestyle.

Copper is a trace mineral required in minute amount and regulates many different functions in body. Nuts ,seeds, Spirulina, mashrooms,GLVs, lentils, meat and eggs are rich sources of Copper,so you simply need to have a balanced diet including all these.

Your body retains Copper due to high estrogen caused due to high estrogen in milk, food, plastic, floor cleansers, cosmetics, contraceptives, Cu IUD, HRT, and xenoestrogen you find in polluted air, adulterated milkcosmetics and creams that mimics estrogen. This retained Copper leads to thyroid dysfunctioning and onset of autoimmune diseases, PMS,PCOD,endometriosis, infertility, difficulty in loosing weight.

So as we all are equally exposed to these toxins we need to be mindful about what we are putting in our bodies and is it really required ?

Even if required one should have only a glass of Copper vessel water and not the whole day Copper water, take enough sleep to flush out the excess Copper, correct constipation to avoid estrogen dominance, include B-complex after consulting your doc or nutritionist and detox.

Anxiety, loneliness, boredom, and anger are emotions we all experience throughout life. Each has its own trigger , and each has its own appeasement. Food won't fix any of these feelings. It may comfort you for the short term, distract from the pain, or even numb you into a food hangover. But food won't solve the problem.

If anything, eating for an emotional hunger will only make you feel worse in the long run. You will ultimately have to deal with the source of the emotion, as well as the discomfort of overeating.

Find real ways ,be Mindful to comfort, nurture, distract, and resolve your issues without using food like facing and accepting the fact, letting go, forgiving yourself and others, being patient, breathing deeper, going on silent walks, listening music, talking to closed ones, being with loved ones etc.

There is a lot that you can do than simply overeating and fooling yourself around.
