Turned 39 today and honestly, what a beautiful, overwhelming, heart-full kind of day. I’m truly grateful for every message, every call, every tiny gesture that made me feel seen. And yes… another tree added to my little forest of memories. 🌱✨

39 feels interesting. It feels grown… but still figuring things out. It feels strong… yet sometimes unsure. It feels like I’ve lived a lot, learned a lot, lost a little, and found pieces of myself along the way.

If I judge myself by the version of life I once imagined at this age, I’d probably say I fell short. But if I look at the journey I’ve actually lived.. the highs that made me proud, the lows that humbled me, the risks, the resets, the love, the lessons.. then I’d say I’ve lived deeply.

This year, I’m taking with me one simple learning.. be kinder to myself, and stop expecting perfection from a life that was always meant to be messy, human, and uniquely mine.

Here’s to 39.. softer, wiser, braver, and a little more forgiving. 🤍✨
