We are looking for 2-3 high-energy Growth Associates (Fresh Graduates) to join our founding team in Bangalore. This isn't a 9-to-5 job; it’s an opportunity to build the future of urban farming.
The Role: Growth Associate (Sales & Ops) Location: Bangalore (Field + Farm visits) Compensation: ₹25k -35k Fixed + Uncapped Quarterly Incentives
What you’ll own: ✅ B2B Growth: Pitching our hydroponic greens, pestos, and sauces to top Bangalore cafes & restaurants. ✅ Farm Experience: Designing and hosting paid farm visits/events. ✅ Community: Building our subscriber base and corporate tie-ups.
Who we’re looking for:
* The Hustler: You don’t wait for instructions; you see a lead and you close it.
* The People Person: Comfortable talking to chefs, HR managers, and visitors.
* Local Navigator: You know Bangalore well and have a "get-it-done" attitude.
* Fresh Graduates: BBA, Agri, or Hospitality backgrounds are a plus, but drive matters more than the degree!
