Why tissue-level one-piece implants are biologically different

One of the most underestimated advantages of
one-piece / tissue-level implants
is the quality of soft-tissue attachment around the implant neck.

Unlike two-piece systems, there is:
• No implant–abutment junction
• No micro-gap
• No deep cement trap

Instead, a true hemidesmosomal attachment forms, creating a tight and protective soft-tissue seal.

• Prevents cement migration below the tissue
