Our Story

Kontak™ is an Italian family business specialized in propolis and beehive products. The company was founded in 1992 following the ingenious intuition of Luigi Fabretto, who invented and patented the one and only system in the world that allows to breathe propolis (known natural antibiotic, produced by plants and collected by bees) as well as occurs in nature. Propolis is exploited in the majority of Kontak™ products: together with the best raw materials the company employs only top quality organic propolis from Italy, supporting small and local producers and promoting sustainable fair trade. The business has experienced a steady growth in the sector of wellness, organic and pharmacy, becoming a world leader in the production and marketing of propolis and beehive products. Today, after a major growth path into both national and international market, Kontak™ features more than 100 products and is present in 22 countries worldwide.
