Helping people restore their sleep through a three-day, non-invasive neurostimulation program.

Noxora was born from a simple observation: sleep is one of the most essential pillars of our health, energy, and quality of life.

We have been quiet. Intentionally.

Behind the scenes, Noxora has been taking shape.

Following months of development and a successful beta program, we are opening our first Sleep Recovery Centre in the heart of Sant’Ambrogio.

A precise, personalised approach to persistent sleep difficulties, delivered in a discreet urban setting.

Three days.
Fifteen daytime sessions.
Home every evening.

Designed to support better sleep without medication or major disruption to daily life.

Noxora Milan. A new chapter in sleep recovery.

More to come.

Not every sleep problem has the same cause. And not every solution should be the same.

Noxora is designed for people experiencing persistent insomnia, whether the challenge is falling asleep, repeated awakenings during the night, early waking, or a mind that remains active long after bedtime.

Our approach combines real-time EEG monitoring with personalized, adaptive neurostimulation. During each session, the system reads your brain activity, applies gentle stimulation and continuously adjusts it to your individual response.

The objective is simple : support its natural transition toward sleep.

Noxora does not treat sleep apnea or temporary sleep disruption caused by jet lag or occasional lifestyle changes. Eligibility is assessed before the program.

Sleep is not simply a pause between two days.

In a major study involving more than 88,000 people followed for nearly seven years, researchers found that disrupted sleep patterns were associated with an increased risk of 172 different diseases.

The reason is simple: sleep supports almost every major system in the body. It contributes to hormonal balance, immune function, blood sugar regulation, inflammation control, memory and overnight recovery.

And good sleep is not only about duration.

Consistency, timing and sleep quality all play an important role in how well the body and brain recover.

When poor sleep becomes a pattern, it should not be ignored.

At Noxora, we focus on helping people restore healthier, more restorative sleep through a personalized, non-pharmaceutical approach.

If you recognise three or more of these it is probably insomnia.

Chronic insomnia affects 1 in 8 people. You’re not alone.
But too many people settle for managing it. They adapt their lives around poor sleep. They accept exhaustion as their new normal.

It does not have to be.

Noxora’s Sleep Recovery Program uses personalized tACS neurostimulation over 3 days (15 sessions) to restore the brain’s natural sleep architecture. No medication. Zero adverse events across 600+ sessions.

80% of participants improved. ISI score improvement: 7.4 points average.

110-170 million Europeans report insomnia symptoms meaning poor sleep… 💤

60+ million Europeans live with chronic insomnia.

Not occasional poor sleep — chronic, DSM-5 defined insomnia: persistent dissatisfaction with sleep quality that impairs daily functioning.

The standard response? Medication that numbs the problem. CBT-I that takes months. Melatonin that doesn’t touch the cause.

We built something different.

Noxora is a 3-day Sleep Recovery Program using personalized neurostimulation — designed to restore the neurological conditions for natural sleep, without medication.

Our first Sleep Recovery Center opened in Milan past June.
