My individual sessions will meet your unique needs.

I’ll support you to focus your attention and identify where and how past trauma and traumatic stress is being stored in the physical body and how it manifests itself in health and life conditions.

This may include CHRONIC TENSION, PAIN SYNDROME as well as BEHAVIOURS THAT ARE NO LONGER SERVING YOU.
As a client, you will be supported to identify the connection between physical tension and pain with trauma and family system related patterns.

During the session, we will use Family Constellation and Trauma healing (SE) methods to connect to, mobilise and start to release trauma and stress-related physical, emotional and mental tension.

HOW WE WILL WORK

✨ BRING TO LIGHT
We’ll look deeply into your current situation. I use the Family Constellation method to help you recognise the unconscious dynamics that run your life and find the root cause behind your problem. It can stay in your own past or in the past of your family system. Once we find it, the healing process starts.

✨ ACKNOWLEDGE
Bringing the root causes of your problem to the light of conscious mind gives you freedom of choice. They rule your life only if they stay at subconscious level.

✨ RELEASE
All our traumas are stored in the physical body in the form of energy blockages. After the root cause is brought to the Conscious level and acknowledged, we release stuck and frozen in trauma energy through your body.

✨ REWIRE
We apply Ta**ra and Family Constellation techniques in creating for you new experiences that displace trauma with feelings and emotions supporting you in living your most authentic life..

We all long for harmonious satisfying relationships.
Deep inside we know that it’s our birthright. But very rarely do we experience it in real life….. Why?

We believe that the way we relate with our partner is the act of our free will.
Yes, partly it is. But often we are not aware that we just playing out unfinished relationships with parents, projecting on partner childhood wounds and conditioning.
We unconsciously look for a partner similar to the parent of the opposite s*x, we unconsciously imitate our parents behaviour or rebel against it, to name just a few…

We’ll work in small groups of 3-4 people, so during the workshop you will receive 2 individual Constellations and will have an experience as a representative in 4 Constellations for other members of your group.
