Christ Church Cure Port Antonio

Join us this Lord's Day!

For those who have heard the words, “You have breast cancer,” and whose worlds have been turned upside down—
Be their refuge, O Lord! Surround them with your love!

For those undergoing surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and the many challenges of treatment—
Be their strength, O Lord! Sustain them day by day!

For those who wait anxiously for test results, who fear what tomorrow may bring, and who struggle to find peace—
Be their peace, O Lord! In our fear, help us trust in you!

For the survivors who carry scars on their bodies and memories in their hearts—
We celebrate their lives! May they know that they are loved, valued, and never alone!

For those who walk beside them—their families, friends, caregivers, doctors, nurses, and counsellors—
Strengthen their hands, O Lord, and renew their compassion!

The prophet Isaiah declares that God will swallow up death forever and wipe away the tears from all faces.
Wipe away our tears, O Lord! Give us courage to face each new day!

For those who mourn loved ones lost to breast cancer, and for those whose grief is still fresh—
Comfort them, O God of compassion! Hold them close in their sorrow!
